I have some questions.
(1)what are the meanings of the parameters of EEA3 :BEAREER ,COUNT ,DIRECTION?
How to set value?
where can find the articles? if you have some ,send to me please.(jianwei_sohu@126.com)
(2)can I use ZUC separately without EEA ? if could ,will it influence the security of this algorithm
and how to construct the parameter IV?
