Is anyone having problems with getting your codes to match the test vectors supplied in Document 3?

I have no problems getting the said keystream words for Section 3. However, I can't get the correct ciphertext for Section 4.3 and 4.4.

Ooops. Sorry. False alarm. For some reason, my program wasn't calling the variables properly. I checked my program again and everything seems fine.
