New versions of the algorithms!
Towards the end of 2010, some flaws were discovered in both ZUC and the integrity algorithm construction. New versions of the algorithms have now been produced, correcting all these flaws.
The new versions of the algorithms are now available here: GSM Security Algorithms
Look for the section headed "3GPP Confidentiality and Integrity Algorithms 128-EEA3 & 128-EIA3".
These new versions of the algorithms are now open for public evaluation until June 2011. It is hoped that they will be incorporated into the LTE standard in July 2011.

- Document 1 is the specification of the stream cipher ZUC
- Document 2 is the specification of the LTE confidentiality algorithm 128-EEA3 and the LTE integrity algorithm 128-EIA3
- Document 3 contains test data that you can use to check that an implementation of the algorithms is correct.
- Document 4 is a design and evaluation report, giving a lot of information about the algorithm designs and the assessment that has been done on them. It includes information about the earlier versions of the algorithms and the flaws that were found.

Wrong order of the documents.
Aloha!
A small nitpick. You state above that Document 1 is the specification of the stream cipher ZUC and
Document 2 is the specification of the LTE confidentiality algorithm 128-EEA3 and the LTE integrity algorithm 128-EIA3. Looking at the GSMA website it seems that the order is reversed. 128-EEA and 128-EIA is specified in Document 1 and ZUC in Document 2.
